Wisdom sharing

I had read these from a book. just want to share with everybody these philosophical statement which sounds logic for me.....

1. Most people spend time blaming or complaining, and if we do so, then we are playing the role as a victim..... sigh, so bad.....

2. Complain = Focus on those things that we don't like.....

3. Inner leadership = personal responsibility + self discovery + Creating value

4. Dont play as victim role, Lead your own live, Be PROACTIVE, focus on those we can control.

5. Ask 3 questions: Did i live wisely? Did I love well? Did i serve greatly?

6. Begin with the end.... what is the result you wanted something to be? think the ending result and set your direction...

7. Eager to demand someone to change, seems hard..... instead of that, why don change ourselves?
